Our consultancy firm provides comprehensive PIC Notification services to help companies comply with Türkiye’s “Regulation on the Export and Import of Certain Hazardous Chemicals”, aligned with the Rotterdam Convention.

Under this regulation, companies exporting certain hazardous chemicals must submit a Prior Informed Consent (PIC) notification to the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change  at least 35 days before shipment. Additionally, annual reports on imports and exports must be submitted by March 31.

    Our Services Include:

    • PIC Notification Submission: We handle the entire e-ÖBK system notification process for your chemical exports.
    • Annual Reporting Support: Preparation and submission of yearly import/export reports.
    • Regulatory Compliance Assistance: Ensuring your company meets legal requirements for hazardous chemicals.
    • Regulatory Monitoring & Updates: Keeping you informed about legislative changes affecting your operations.
    • Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Preparation: Assistance in preparing compliant SDSs for PIC-listed chemicals.

With our expertise, we ensure a smooth and hassle-free notification process, minimizing risks and delays in your chemical trade operations.
